Every irrigation job is different, so pricing is based on the size, condition, and specific needs of your system. All service calls carry a one-hour minimum for labor; after that, time is billed in 15-minute increments based on the actual work done. We provide fair, competitive pricing and will clearly explain the work before getting started. Free estimates are available for qualifying projects.
Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm. Projects outside that window can be arranged case by case.
Repairs to existing systems are evaluated on-site to find the cause and full extent of the issue. Some problems involve more than one factor and can require anywhere from a single part replacement to several. An on-site inspection lets us diagnose the system accurately and scope the real repair needed.
Every property and system is different, so an accurate estimate is easiest to give in person. We offer free on-site estimates covering scope of work, materials, labor, and any site-specific factors. Our goal is fair, competitive pricing with workmanship you can rely on.
We install Hunter and Rain Bird parts, which carry factory warranties ranging from 2 to 5 years depending on the product. On top of that, we back our own installation work with a one-year warranty.

Yes, for certain projects. Contract work requires a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Yes. Emergency and rush service is available for urgent, same-day, or after-hours needs. Additional fees may apply depending on timing and urgency.
